Cepea, July 1st, 2025 – Prices of anhydrous and hydrous ethanol continued to increase in late June. Rains, frosts in some states, the increase of anhydrous blended into gasoline and the higher volume of hydrous traded at mills sustained quotations.

The National Energy Policy Council (CNPE) approved on June 25 the increase of the mandatory blend of anhydrous ethanol into gasoline from 27% to 30% (E30), starting on August 1st, 2025
